Churchbridge Capital Limited (FRN: 1050860) is an Appointed Representative of WSP Capital Ltd (FRN: 1040612). WSP Capital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (registered company number: 15780312), is an authorised credit broker and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. As an Appointed Representative, Churchbridge Capital Limited can provide credit broking services on behalf of WSP Capital Ltd, who is responsible for the regulated activities we carry out.

WSP Capital Ltd is an unregulated bridging finance provider. Churchbridge also works with an unrestricted number of Lenders to find a potentially suitable arrangement for your consideration. Typically we will receive commission from lenders. Different lenders pay different amounts depending on different commission models. For transparency we work with the following commission models: fixed fee, fixed rate of commission, percentage of the amount you borrow and rate for risk (this is based on the risk profile of the business). Further details of the commission model, calculation and amount will be disclosed to you throughout your customer journey.
